Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • Item is unused and in original packaging

  • Return requested within 5 of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-4 business days 

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact thegamosaguy@gmail.com within 3 days  with photos for quick resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products

  • Personal care items 

  • Items marked non-returnable

  • Items damaged due to misuse

Return Shipping Costs

We offer free returns on damaged, defective, or incorrect items. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
